Very nice campground. Host was friendly. Nice sites with some privacy in between with the flower bushes. Used the laundry facilities & the swimming pool. Everything was very clean. Definitely would recommend this spot.

Stayed here one night with our 40 ft fifth wheel in B30. Our spot was given to us so we could pull right in and not have to stop at the office which was closed when we got here. Many of the trees here are dead at the sites but lots of oleanders. Our spot was across from the pool shower house and rec room. Sites are gravel with cement pad and level. It was fine for one night. Gave us the good Sam rate for $55. It’s a bit out of town close to the KOA. Would stay here again.

I’d like to give this a 3.5. Definitely good for an overnight or two. The sites were level, easy hookups and the concrete slabs were a bonus. The pool was not exactly sparkling clean, nor were the two bathrooms/showers that were available for the entire property. The pool area needs maintenance including resurfacing of the deck and some repairs on the bathroom/laundry building.

Clean and quiet. Got sleepy on our drive, contacted this place as we were passing through. Gave our credit card over the phone, she told us what site to go to. Didn’t even have to mess with going to the office. She gave us a military discount, they also offer a Good Sam discount. Roomy site, large concrete patio, nice view of the desert/mountains. Felt safe, nice clean pool with plenty of seating. Clubhouse with games, TV, books, full kitchen, patio/grill area. Would stay here again.

This place was very clean and inviting. The hedges between spots are a nice touch and help with a bit of shade and privacy. The clubhouse had TV and a free pool table, and lots of books to borrow. Not a lot to do in Needles, but that’s to be expected, and we would stay here again.

This is a special find. It could be used as a template for how to layout and manage an RV park. The sites are private and level. It is apparent that the owners care and make you feel welcome. We look forward to returning….

The Oleander flowered hedges between all sites provides a sense of privacy.. campground is very clean as is the laundry and bathroom facilities. Wish I had the time to stay longer

Impressed with all the facilities! New updated individual showers, plenty of water pressure, friendly and helpful staff. The park was 5+, we really appreciated the way the park was designed and the landscaping was GREAT! Every area had beautiful flowering scrubs that encapsulated the RV to lend to beauty and privacy! The grounds had palm trees outlying the property with trees throughout. Nice oasis in the dessert. Thanks Desert View RV Resort in Needles, CA for a relaxing and peaceful stop!

We stayed at the Desert View overnight on our way to Los Angeles. It was an oasis in the desert :) Our host, Marty, was welcoming, friendly, professional and knowledgable. Our site was shaded (important on a 111 degree day :) with a concrete pad and full hookup. We’re already talking about staying with Marty again, but for longer than one night so we could enjoy the pool. 2 thumbs up!

A park has to be really nice fir me to give it 5 stars. This park gets 5 stars! A concrete patio, very nice tall hedge separating each space, pool, escort to you site, they have the bases covered in my book. Great wifi, power was good at 122 on a 90 degree day.
