Conveniently located near I5 but hard to find. A few additional signs would help. Manager was friendly. Overall the place is run down but not bad if you just want a good nights rest and move on. Sites are close and on gravel. There is no water within walking distance. The man made lake/pond dried up.

I am not sure who these glowing reviews, or what you are comparing it to, are coming from, but this place was aweful! We pulled in after hours expecting something nice. It was basically a gravel lot inside of a trailer park! The sites listed available were very close and very exposed. We went one exit down and found a KOA (via Allstays) that was only $6.00 more and far nicer!!

One of the best campgrounds I've stayed at. Surrounded by pines, very quiet, super friendly and accommodating staff. Bathrooms were very clean. Great wifi. Cute pond that you can walk around with your pets.

Returning from our trip to Alaska and lucked out at the end of a long day with this RV Park. Hidden gem in tall trees. Very quiet, clean with friendly owners who we enjoyed talking with. Sites are great with unexpected cable. The price was very affordable (below what I thought they should charge). A must stop park if you are traveling to the Mt Shasta area. We will be back.

Kathy Moore was such a wonderful person. Very friendly and always there to help with all my questions. The campsite was beautiful. Clean affordable spaces. I have already recommended that site to all my family and friends. Just a great atmosphere. Thank you for having us. We will definitely come again

This park is a hidden gem in the shadow of Mount Shasta. It has all new full hookups, beautiful scenery, and helpful advice on what to see and do in the area from Kathy and Shaun Moore.
This is a great base to operate out of. The first day, Kathy advised my on where to take the most spectacular photographs of the area and the second day I went snow skiing on the flanks of Mount Shasta.
Shaun is a past Olympic contender in moguls and is famous among the climbing community for pioneering new routes up Smith Rock.

We only did an over-nighter following a snow storm. Owner was friendly and helpful as we had never set up in the snow before.
