We have a 25 foot airstream and could barely fit into the space with no room for our truck which we parked in the access driveway. The space across from us had the same issue so with both tow vehicles parked in the access drive the lane became blocked. Also they did not honor our reservation after we paid in full in advance. They charged us extra $$ because the rate increased since we booked? Huh? This lot is also next to an ugly industrial storage yard.

Extremely narrow sites necessitating backing up several times to get into the spot. Even for very experienced trailer drivers, it’s a challenge . Bathrooms tired. Toilet areas clean but shower area not do much. And there is only a common dressing room!! Really?? What woman or man will undress and dress in a common area! There are two parks-one across the street from the other but entry can only be made by going to the street behind where the sites are. Most of us had to park our trailers and move our tow vehicles to that street. Just not enough room! Staff not particularly helpful-no map, no suggestions about what to do or see. And don’t even think about trying to check in before 1 pm. Won’t happen. Fairly close to the beach but a lot of construction going on so noisy. I would not stay here again!

Matt 4-2021: Sites are not equally sized. Some are fine, but some are very tight width wise. WiFi and Cable were acceptable. Bathrooms were closed due to COVID. Staff admitted they did not have workers to clean them to State COVID standards, so they closed them. Short walk to beach. Not a bad Park for a week or two. Better than nearby Morro Dunes which had very cramped sites and is adjacent to the sewage treatment plant.

Quiet well maintained park. Clean showers, restroom and laundry. Shuttle stop right by entrance will take you all around Morro Bay for $3 all day.

We've stayed at most of the parks in the Morro Bay Area. This is the one we like the most. It's small but quiet and clean. The big one further down the street is nice but we always end up with the noisy neighbors right outside our bedroom window.

The one downside is that if you walk down to the beach you have to cross the entrance to the high school. Soccer moms and high school students have problems with crosswalk rules for some reason. So be careful and don't trust them.
