Jam packed like everything in CA. Otherwise nice park, fully paved, clean laundry, nice staff, claim WiFi but zero connectivity. It sucks. Astounding how many parks are still in the 00’s in 2024 with so many streaming and working on the road. We won’t be back!

Repeating my review from last winter: love the RV park as clean and well maintained. No noise other than the ocean winds. Great access to the beaches by walking out of the hates on the western edge of the park. Friendly and helpful staff gave us good advice on local restaurants and buying propane nearby.

This place was amazing. It is immaculately kept. So far the only place I have been to that has a dedicated staff cleaning each and every day. They also perform maintenance on the facilities. Location was right across from the beach and super close to Morro Rock. Town is a 15 minute walk away. Sites are a bit narrow but they don't feel that way. The roads in the RV Park are some of the widest so it's really easy to get into a spot no matter the size of your trailer/RV. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. And there is a nice dog park on-site. But you don't need that with the beach so close.

We really enjoyed staying here. Friendly staff, clean common areas, an amazing beach for watching the sunset and close to good walking paths by the marina. We found it to be reasonable at 68/night for the area.

Great location, walk into the beach by crossing a deadend road. You are next to a sewage treatment plant, but we smelled nothing, thanks to strong winds from the ocean I assume. Place is immaculately kept. Bathrooms nice and well heated. Friendly staff.

I stayed for only two nights, I will definitely return. Sites may be on the small side but It’s clean and the location is fantastic.

Great location, very well maintained and great location. We planned to stay for one night but ended up staying four. Perfect place to ride bikes to see the sea otters, go watch the surfers, watch the waves crash onto Morro Rock or go to the bay and get a bite to eat.

Campground was nice. It was clean. Walking distance to nice town area. Good food. Bird life and marine life was amazing. Would have spent more time here next time.
