Way over priced.
We paid $225 per night.
Tight spaces hard to level.
All dirt no cement or even gravel.
Management is rude.
Don't waste your time and $.

Expensive park for what you get. The location is nice. Pull through sites are extremely tight, get a back in or don't go. The kids playground is a $50 Walmart plastic slide, so don't count on it if you have kids. The beach is difficult to get to, we just drove to other nearby beaches. The staff here is the most unfriendly I have ever met! I never saw a single smile from anyone, and we were there 18 nights. I would stay away from this park for the bad attitudes from the staff alone.

I want to start by saying that the view is incredible. The daytime staff an older couple and a younger lady in the office were very nice and helpful. I had made reservations and informed the staff that i was traveling by motorcycle, i was told this was no problem and i was welcome. I arrived and checked in. There was some discussion as to if i could ride my motorcycle into the camp site or would i have to push it. The staff made the decision that i could ride my motorcycle in to the site (the site was the second one in from the parking lot). I arrived to my site, there were a couple of other tents at the very end of the camp sites. I set up and relaxed. Incredible view. I was relaxing and about three hours later, the night shift guy (as he described himself), drove his golf cart into my camp site and asked me how i was doing? I told him great and that i really liked view. He then said "we need to work on two things" i am thinking ok. He said you need to put out your yellow permit on the post in front of your site. I said no problem, and then he said tou cant have your motorcycle in the camp ground. I informed him that i was given permission from the nice folks that checked me in. he started to get more aggressive, asking me what the name(s) of the people were and how long ago it was. I told home that i did not know their names and it was about three hours ago. I told him if my having my motorcycle in the site, i would not have elected to stay at the campground. I told hime if it was a problem, just let me know, he could refund my money and i would leave. He told me that the other people in the office outranked him. I asked hime if there was a problem with me staying and he said " you are ok, ----for now as he drove off.
I spent the rest of the night waiting for this guy to come back and give me a hard time or tell me to leave. This ruined the rest of my night, and spending almost $70.00 for a night of tent camping, i would have liked not to go through this.
This is a nice place, but be aware that at least one of the employees is kind of a cop want to be. I was on the last leg of a weeks long motorcycle trip and have stayed in many campgrounds with no problems. At all of the other campgrounds, the staff were real ambassadors to the guests. To my fellow MOA members, just please be aware that having you motorcycle in your site with this guy on staff could cause you some problems. I will not use this RV park again unless this guy is given some training.

Great views. Nice sites. But it ends there. Rude and unhelpful staff. Many rules. Day charge for visitors. Two dog max including visitor dogs. Most sites back in so views not visible from front of RV. Expensive park. Access to beach extremely difficult. High road noise as Pacific Hwy between ark and beach.

Great site, awesome views. Attentive hosts. We only have a small motor home so pricing was ok. Recommend . Beach is gorgeous.

The setting is unique, with many back-in sites overlooking the ocean. Other sites have mountain views. A well-planted trail/pet walk leads down the hillside to the PCH and the beach. A bit pricey, but worth it for the views. We camped here in a motorhome.
