Well kept, clean, and friendly - staff showed us to our site, and made sure to answer any questions. Pretty, wooded grounds. We were in our class B, and had a tent site in a grassy area. There were a few sites in our area sort of jumbled together, hard to differentiate one from another. Camp is on the river, but the grounds are large and we never made the walk down. A couple miles down the road is the mouth of the river, which is pretty.

Great place to visit the Redwoods and all surroundings. Kamp Klamath is great. We stayed in 芒鈧揋芒鈧 row, which were a bit tight, but close to the playground and very kid/family friendly. The sewer hook-up was long (3 hoses) for a rig with mid-point hook-ups, but Don, the manager was kind enough to loan us a section of hose that he could have sold us. The place is very clean, well maintained and the staff is awesome.

Perfect rustic campground with everything you need. So friendly with a family feel. The location is perfect. Driving distance to Fern Canyon, the beach and beautiful redwood scenic drives. A mile (or so) walk down to a beach on the coast where seals play I. The water and incredible views. We will for sure come back here. Thank you Kamp Klamath!!

We stayed 2 nights in early March, 2020 in a 28' long travel trailer. Sites are situated in a gravel lot. Full hook-ups, including cable tV. When we were here there were very few campers and the campground was very quiet. However, the sites are close together so if it was full, your neighbor would be close. Campground was clean and well maintained. It wasn't an issue for us, but be aware that you only get a refund if you cancel your reservation more than 10 days before the first reserved date. If you cancel less that 10 days in advance, then they provide you a "Suncheck", which I assume is some sort of credit that can be used for a future stay.

Very nice place. Staff was very friendly. Quiet, no issues with hook ups for our 38'. Price was reasonable!

Staff is very nice. But this park has limited 50 amp service, 3 or 4, which must be requested in advance. Not big rig friendly, you can get your rig in but we never got our level and the sewer line was stretched to the limit. WiFi not very reliable. They do have a good BBQ on Saturday芒鈧劉s. Unfortunately I require 50 amp service and was unable to have for my stay and that芒鈧劉s enough to keep me away...would not recommend for big rigs.

This is a very nice park. We we're escorted to our site which is very nice. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities are small but accommodating. WiFi is slow everywhere. I would recommend to friends. We stayed here in off season (early May) in a 40' coach plus tow. It's hesuriful and convenient to the redwood parks.

Park is off the beaten path a bit but fairly easy to find even without cell service (AT&T). The park has wifi but certainly doesn't work good. The staff is great and they do a BBQ on weekends that is a fun time and live music. Good playground with volleyball net and horse shoes and the ocean is less than a mile on the same road, great little run in the mornings.

We have enjoyed our stay here. The laundry is very small, we are in a fifth wheel and have not been in their restrooms or showers. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the sites have grass and are level. We enjoyed the Saturday night BBQ and live band. There is a nice play area for kids. It is close to the Redwoods or the ocean. Will stay again if we travel this way.

August 2014: This location is in a state of disrepair. Specifically the bathrooms, which are only a few notches above "disgusting". This is more of a campground that is in a great location for fisherman, with a small rv lot. But there is no direct or easy access to the river oddly enough. Most of the advertised amenities and activities are just an upsell that might only materialize on request. The Wifi is EXTREMELY SLOW, it's satellite, and only available on the patio or in the RV section. And there is no cell service for AT&T customers. Luckily the only permanent RVers seem be camp workers. The staff and the guy who runs the place is very nice though, and let me cut my reservation short. This place just didn't work out for me.
