Nice little campground at 4000 foot elevation. Vault toilets and a decent handicapped camping space near them. Higher than the desert but it is still fairly hot here during the summer. Unpaved roads can get muddy in winter storms. I have never seen this campground full usually has maybe 1 other person staying here.nice area for astronomy or stargazing. 30 minute scenic drive to palm desert, CA. This is a good safe campground cell service is decent with the major carriers here.

Nice sites with good spacing. Pretty high desert plants and rock.

I checked it out, looks good. Desert plants separating the camp sites. I plan to come back with either a small travel trailer or tent. Empty when I saw it. Not sure about security.
