Was told they are not open until August 2025. My star rating means nothing because we did not get to go there.

Standard CA State no hookup campground, good sized sites many flat within an oak / manzanita forest. Coin-op showers fine for the genre. Several trails / hikes, easy one up to an observation platform. Short distance to tourist Santa Cruz. Did not need a reservation in late September.
