This is the cleanest campground I've ever seen. Bathrooms are immaculate. Staff is great. A little tight getting our rig into our space (28'TT). The site was raked in a very pleasing manner. Nice bike/walking path. We were quite happy to stay here.

Second time I’ve stayed here and it’s my all-time favorite quintessential campground! Beautiful trees, smells delicious, large campground sites, and so reasonably price! Well worth the trip up the mountain!

Beautiful area, large trees and wildlife. Had full hook up site but no cable or WiFi. Bathrooms and showers were plentiful and okay. Lake seemed to be down so not much to do at shoreline. We were early in the season so no crowding at all. Friendly check in and camp hosts.

Campground is clean. Campsites are oddly spaced, some more private than others. Lake is very low and lots of algae at the shore. Definitely no wading or swimming. Bathrooms are clean. Showers aren’t great. Maybe just bad timing but felt like we were surrounded by a seedy element. Guys on bikes kept circling the campground with a bag of cans. Made us concerned they were looking for anything else left unattended. A guy and his young boys in women’s restroom. He had drug paraphernalia spread out on the counter. We left after one night. $8 for a small bundle of firewood. Bring your own.

Serrano is a great campground. The Snowberry RV loop has full hookups. Paved bike path nearby and lots of activities to do at Big Bear, on the mountain, in the town, or on the lake. RV spots fill up quickly.
