This is our 4th year here. We love it; wide, level,long spaces. Great folks and lots of social life. We stay for 5 months. Park is county owned but managed under contract and very well ran and maintained.

Also, their internet service ranks as some of the worst I have seen in any park. It came with multiple pages of directions and, worst, it allows you to authorize only one connection per site. For a couple, each with a phone and IPad this is clearly inadequate. As well, if you want to move the connection to another device there is a surcharge. In 2019 this very poor level of service is unacceptable. Even when connected the service is so slow as to be almost useless. No other hot spots provided.

This is an OK park in a rural agricultural area. The pool/hot tub area is badly in need of updating. They advise that the pool area closes at 9:00 pm but they actually lock the door at 8:55 pm without advising you they are doing so. Resultantly, my wife was locked in the shower room for some time until she was able to locate a second, not well indicated, exit. Spots are a good size and all hook ups work fine. No grass anywhere and dog parks are desert gravel. An OK stay for a day or two but not my choice for a winter’s long stay. Good general store in nearby town of Seeley. Nothing else close by.
