Everything that other reviewer noted with addition of gravel sites and very narrow and disorganized site pads and layout. Not worth the money. This Sunland company charges top dollar for budget spots. Same experience with SD RV Resort. Seems they bought up cheap property along highways and cater to full-timers and stick it to weekenders or out of town'ers. You get much nicer spots at other, even closer to attraction, parks near downtown and beaches for same price or less.

...Unfortunately this park is not for real vacationers.... 80-90 percent of the park are occupied by residents. The freeway is right alongside and quite noisy. The good....... The staff are friendly and professional. Office area and pool and hot tub very clean.
