90 percent permanent residents, it's just a trailer park. Very expensive and very small sites, no place to park your car if you're towing. Hard to use Wifi and cable TV. A little bit of an attitude in the office.

Sites are very close together and difficult to access, office staff is really incompetent and told me several things they would do that they didn't. DO NOT GET MAIL here. They refused deliveries after telling me numerous times that they would accept them. Laundry is extremely high and everything here has a fee. It's fine if you're in a pinch, but if you want somewhere nice to stay for a week, I would look elsewhere.

Chose this park based on reviews and proximity to San Diego. Typical older park with many seasonal and full time residents. IMO rates were high, most expensive laundry we've encountered at $3/wash - $3/dry Had to pay $1 for typically included motel ice dispenser and $3/night to park my car away from the site in order to have a place to sit comfortably. Felt like being nickel & dimed to death. I think there are better choices.
