Arrived around 9:30. Called the manager and received permission to stay overnight. Plenty of I-35 noise. Ate breakfast there before leaving. Everyone was very friendly.

Stayed one night, relatively quiet area with some vehicle noise but not as bad as other places. Big parking lot in the rear of the restaurant so we parked in the back row. No other rv’s but there was one 18 wheeler. Did not ask permission and had no problems with our overnight stay.
