Very tight pull through sites. Sites are muddy and lumpy. Campfires are so close that it would destroy the side of our coach. Whole park is run down and poorly maintained. Lots of run down full time trailers. Cabins and tent spots look nice and are in a nice area of redwood forest.

our spot for our 26ft motorhome was up against a cabin. it was a very tight site. lawn was all dead- only went outside to walk the dog. entire camp is tired, dust everywhere, under construction with keep out signs everywhere. tent sites were a lot nicer!

The staff at this KOA was so friendly; they reopened the store although we arrived 15 minutes late to help us get some supplies. We also had a rented camper that was broken and they loaned us tools to fix things. The bath facilities were sufficient but could really use an update. We did notice lots of our neighbors were constantly smoking weed; I guess that’s California.

Our experience was different than other reviewers apparently. We’re traveling in our 43’ class A. Hookups, cable and water are all good. The pull thru sites are pretty tight. Our neighbor traveling in their TT knocked on our door and was concerned the fire they were going to light was going to burn our coach due to the fire pit 5’ from our bus. He suggested I might want to move... not going to happen. I said if it gets out of control or going to burn my coach, I’ll come put it out. Management and front staff were friendly but it is severely overpriced. Dust and gravel everywhere, site was unlevel but super long. Playground was decent for the kids. But expensive!!

Beautiful campground. Sites for our 32’ trailer were long and level on gravel. Sites are a little narrow but there is shrubbery between for privacy. Cable is good digital and the WIFI is above average. Make sure you go for a walk through the tenting area which is among very large redwoods and some of the largest redwood stumps I have ever seen. No road noise where we were despite the campground being next to the highway.

This Koa made us feel unwelcome. The office helper "Nancy" was rude and and unfriendly and they made sure we couldn't stay two nights due to our vehicle being a remodeled school bus. The other attendant stormy was also unfriendly. The only smile from the staff came from the kind Owner. That's the only reason that this review didn't get one star.

Wonderful stop after a long drive down the Oregon coast. They were very understanding and moved us when we were concerned that our dogs may bark at people since we were on the path to the office/showers. We got there late afternoon so a lot of sites were taken (it is a small KOA) but some of the pull through sites were really nice and very private. We enjoyed a stroll through the tent sites to look at the Redwoods! Nice play area for our dogs too. We also enjoyed the $3.50 pancake breakfast before we departed. We would definitely stay here again.
