Asphalt lot with lots of long term tenants. Arrived at 2 on a Sunday and nobody was there to direct me. I checked my confirmation email and it had my site number on it. I pulled in and just hooked up electric. The fog was so dense you couldn芒鈧劉t see anything (not the sites fault). We walked down the pier and got some very good dinner at a seafood restaurant. I didn芒鈧劉t feel comfortable enough to unhook for an overnight stay though. Clientele seemed a bit shady. Location is great but everything else was not.

Great weekly rates, friendly staff, asphalt sites, all sites are 40芒鈧 wide, full hookups, picnic table, cable tv and WiFi,only 30 amp was working, easy access to the beach and walking distance to the harbor, ocean world aquarium and several restaurants. Laundry was $2 to wash and $1 to dry AT&T LTE worked great,
Pros:
Free cable TV
Free WiFi
Clean park, showers, and laundry
Big sites
A couple minute walk to the beach
Affordable weekly rates and if you leave early they don芒鈧劉t do cash refunds but credit your days on your return.
Cons:
Navigational Fog Horn sounds 24 hours a day every 10 seconds sunny or foggy it is going off day and night!
Summery:
Great place if you have well insulated rv due too the fog horn, otherwise it is nice place to hang out and close to other attractions and day excursions, we would stay here again! It only got 4 star because of the fog horn, it is not any fault of the park, but does take away from being able to have some noise free downtime at night.

Well it芒鈧劉s basic. Ash-fault and hook ups. Expensive laundry. Super friendly, great service and ocean view. That芒鈧劉s my two stars.

Parking lot with hookups. Excellent access to the beach and harbor. And that's why they can charge $50 a night...
