Called ahead for permission and were given it warmly. Cracker Barrel is so kind to allow this. I always hate when people take advantage of that, leaving trash in the parking lot. That was not the case here. It was clean and set up well. We pay them back with bacon in the morning for both of us from the restaurant along with their lattes.

Multiple sites mostly taken up by tractor trailers. We ended up parking next to a tractor trailer who ran his diesel, engine part of the night and was really loud! The restaurant was friendly and busy as usual. Nice easy on and off the highway.

We did a quick overnight stay and it was great. Arrived about midnight, right off the highway. Had breakfast in the morning before moving on as they open at 6 am. I did call just to make sure it was still free and open earlier in the evening and they were so nice. Said no problem and we didn’t need to call or come in we just had to park in the back!!
