Arrived after 5:00 when the office closes, but after hours Check-in was straightforward with a chart in the window showing site types and availability. Back-in sites were were about $5.00 cheaper than the pull-thrus, which were just over $50 with the tax. The park is shady and cool with good spacing of sites. It’s actually lovely to look at and stay in. I would highly recommend this to other travelers. Earl

Stayed here 3 times while passing through. Was always a fine nights stay, nice park. I think it has new owners so will see how that goes...No discounts allowed from new ownership, at least at this point in time. Seemed a little pricey this last time. Marco’s pizza is nearby, very good.

We recognize that this is an older park. But it is so well maintained and nice. Here are the things we really liked: 1. Park is very clean, very neat. 2. Love that the trees are trimmed tall enough not to drag on RVs 3. Appreciate that you space out guests as much as possible. 4. Love the trees and lawns. It must be hard to keep all that looking nice. 5. Excellent water pressure 6. Excellent power. We were drawing peaks of 28A and voltage stayed at 122vac. That is excellent power. 7. I love that your web site says to measure your rig and that you are very clear about site lengths. The only problem we had was finding the place. A sign out on 99 would be good. All in all 10 out of 10!

Low key, comfortable, quiet, friendly, SHADY!! Friendly and helpful staff when I called to make the reservation, and easy after-hours check in. Convenient location for an overnight one a road trip. Only caution is that the sprinkler came on in the middle of the night - but it was so hot that everything that got wet was dry by the time I was ready to pack it the next morning. Will stay again.

selected this park because it was easy access off I-5. Was easy to find great signage to follow. Was extremely quiet very clean. Office gave us a call before they closed with instructions because we where arrive late. Very nice for big rig with two in pull thru #49. Easy out. I will use this place as our stop over as we travel thru I-5. We don’t like rest area overnight stay because to noise this is a home run 50am service to run air and water with sewer dump.

This was a pleasant surprise small but Well maintained, been newly renovated RV park, they are located right behind the subway just off the highway kind of hidden but if you go behind Subway the right there. The management was great

A nice, cozy little park for an overnight stop. Entrance is in Heritage Mall where the Subway shop is located. Travelers with smart phones and mobile Internet would be well advised to go online and check the parks web site for pictures of location and entry as it is easily missed. All sites are gravel with mature trees and plenty of pull throughs. Sites are fairly tight and big rigs with toads will likely need extended hose for black water as hook ups are not centrally located at sites. Instead, hook ups are located close to road. This means hook ups are located behind coach.
