I am giving this one star because ZERO was not available. We booked this place for two nights while in town for a funeral service and stayed a whopping 1 hour! We arrived and paid at the office. The office manager guided us to our site which was extremely small. We were a surrounded by permanents which is fine. Until the druggy behind us got hopped up on dope. We felt very uncomfortable and baled out. This place was frightening at best. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Go to Mission RV for a nice stay.

A mobile home park but it kept up at least. Sites are level, quiet and not much partying or junk pile up going on like some mobile home places.
