No overnight parking by code?

2/7/23 Manager stated that Daytona law prohibits overnight stays. Recent RVers have had police request that they leave in the night. No events were happening at the racetrack.

Manager like always could not give us permission but told us that they wouldn’t bother us. 8 rv spots but we didn’t fit since we are 36ft with a motorcycle rack and car dolly so we parked against the very back area next to the tree line. There is space for two oversized units to fit against the tree line. As with other CB’s they get busy for breakfast so you may want to leave early. We ended up having to drop the car and remove the dolly so we could back up because of the cars in the back lot.

Currently here. Nobody here but us overnight. Got here at 5. Manager informed me he couldn’t give me permission and it’s technically illegal but didn’t say no. Quiet and off road in back. Speedway is right next door. 6-8 big spots plus a huge parking lot. Hidden gem for a spot to Boondocking mid travel,

Slept there last night. Quiet. Ample RV parking. Grass for dog and great view of the speedway track. Oh, and don’t forget the great breakfast Cracker Barrel serves! Recommend.
