Small, quiet, super clean and well-maintained park. Reception was quick and friendly. Spaces are nicely separated by hedges so you have a sense of privacy. No wood fires permitted. Perfect for our little 20’ Travel trailer but maneuvering a large rig in the driveways would be tight. The road in is also quite narrow with overhanging trees, so tall vehicles would be tough too. Overall, we’d visit again, but only with a small rig.

Small quiet park. Well maintained. Only a few sites could handle our 40DP. The road in is narrow and tree lined. Trees are very low and drag heavily across top of larger rigs. When we left today there was an RV molding hanging in the tree!

Worst value for money campground we have ever stayed at. I know the era is expensive, but for over $100 a nigh and a premium site I was expecting something very different. No laundry (???), showers where you can’t adjust the heat and you need to press a button constantly for water to come out reminded me of a state park not a nice RV resort. Sites were leveled but so cramped together that you felt uncomfortable opening your door because the noise might wake up neighbors. After dry camping we wanted some comfort. This place cost a fortune and did not deliver.

Nice facility. Clean well appointed restrooms. Nice game room with coin operated pool, air hockey and ping pong tables. Tons of VHS movies in game room. Nice small general store in office. Snacks, lots of DVDs to rent. Many RV essentials in case you forget. Our premium sit didn’t have a BBQ but looked to be the only one that didn’t. Nice grass area for kids and dogs. No laundry, no play structure for kids but they do have a basketball hoop. We will be back.

We stayed here in a 38 foot RV with a tow vehicle. Staff here was very accommodating starting with guiding our rig into its spot. This is a very quiet campground. The only downside is the very narrow access road for the last 100 yards or so, but it seems to work.

We LOVED this place! Immaculate. Updated facilities. These owners have thought of everything. Private campsites with tons of room (each campsite is basically twice as wide as a rig with patio and built in grill). Right mix of woodsy but still open enough for maneuvering full size RVs (we were in a 35ft but saw bigger rigs there). Beautiful location nestled in the Carmel Valley, right on the river. Good hook-ups. And best of all an easy Uber ride to downtown Carmel which is very walkable. Only con: it's super-expensive but in this case we did feel we got what we paid for.

Solid 3 stars, very drab and blah, small spots, on top of each other, not kid friendly
