We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend for a family getaway. This is one of the best RV parks we have experienced. The sites are spacious and clean. The hosts are all friendly. We especially loved the 9 hole champion golf course. Saltwater pool was heated perfectly and multiple mineral spas were a nice touch. We did not partake but there was a thanksgiving day potluck. There is even a little spa room where you can get a massage without leaving the park. We can’t wait to come back!

The Springs at Borrego RV and Golf Resort is about 90 minutes from the California/Mexico border and about 120 minutes east of San Diego. Borrego Springs is a village surrounded by Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. The elevation is 600 feet, but it looks upward to the Santa Rosa Mountains. The RV Park is first class with cement pads, wide spaces, full hookups, security gate, and plenty of premier sites right next to the fairways. The golf course is a beautiful well-designed 9-hole layout. Pool, spas, courts and play areas are also available. There are several friendly RV hosts living among the guests in the park, and there is a staff in the club house that are helpful but could learn to smile a little more. The springtime is the best season because the desert flowers are in bloom, but anytime is great once the desert summer heat subsides.

Very nice (but expensive) facilities. Only gave 4 stars due to very weak wifi.
