I wanted to stay a month so I booked it without trying it. In hindsite it was a poor choice. A day or two. Even a week would be enough. The river sites are beautiful but the rest of the place is full of entitled full timers. Way too many loud barking dogs for price. Monthly $545us electric at .30/ kwatthour. 10-15 cents too high even for California. What was worse was finding the tourist prices are increases from fulltime prices. The place is too junky to put up with that. If it was high end I could see it but it’s definitely not a high end resort. Maybe 40 years ago it was. Now it’s just tired.

Mainly full time or seasonal residents, store and facilities are good. Our complaint was the mosquitos ! Don’t know that I have ever been attacked so fast and in such numbers. Not sure what drove the volume, but it was brutal .

Had waterfront site #211. It was plenty big for our wide 35 foot 5th wheel. No sewer but they have dump and honey wagon. Right on river but river swift. Mostly full timers. If not on water sites are just hot.

Loved this place!!!!! Great riverfront site, beautiful views, well stocked store, friendly staff, easy in/out. What’s not to like? Oh, one thing - no sewer connections but they provide dump service twice a week (included in the price) so it’s not really a big thing. Thought about staying long term

We reserved full hookups but they put us in a spot with w/e only. Beautiful location. Terrible WiFi. Most full time buildings on lots. Nice grassy sites. Roads paved or gravel and well maintained. The restrooms are about as far as possible from the no sewer sites which is sort of weird.

We loved Hidden Beaches which is right on the Colorado River. It was a hot day, and having the river right out our door was a treat. There are mainly long term renters here, but we had no problem getting a river front spot for the night. People were very friendly, the price $39. We will make this a stop over point each year going forward between Mesa and Vancouver Washington. Park was quiet, clean and the spaces were nice and level.
