This lake is beautiful! The campground is steep and the campsites are small. Sorry the campground 鈥渉ost鈥� took great joy in telling us we could not fit our truck and boat into the campsite. We were good with that but then he said we could not park overnight at the boat launch. Day use only. He said we had to park in overflow. That鈥檚 fine but 鈥渙verflow鈥� was parking up on the road! About 100 yards up a steep road from the lake! If I am renting a campsite why can鈥檛 we park our truck and boat safely inside the campground? I will be contacting the rangers district to find out if this is indeed a rule and if it is, what the purpose of the rule is!
