Very poor service. I asked to change the sote we were in because it had only dry weeds and no trees for shade. The attendant told me there were no other sites available I asked about the space right in front of us and she said it was reserved. So we had to keep our fur family inside our RV most of the time. She LIED to us. The space I requested was NEVER occupied that day or night. Also, the dog park was full of dog poop ( dogs get PARVO for poop.

4/26/2024 Unplanned stop due to high winds so no reservation. Very friendly. $50. Full hookups. Flat sites. Tight for 29’ class A but fine. Separate bath/shower/ laundry bldg. Good Wi-Fi. Easy access from interstate. Great overnight respite.

I loved it. It’s an older smaller park. Everyone is very nice and helpful. It’s 100% better than the KOA we stayed at in Seligman. Level sites it’s kind of a funky CA park. I’d definitely stay here again.

Not a resort by any means but a quit place to stay. Pull through long enough for 40 ft Motorhome and tow. Didn’t use any facilities. Utilities ok but water hard. WiFi ok. Verizon streamable. Really nice owners. Mostly long term but not trashy. Dirt pull through with concrete patio. Easy in and out of spaces and good access to interstate.

We have only good things to say about this little park. We ended up needing a last minute spot for two large Class A’s towing toads. They were so accommodating and gracious both on the phone and upon our late arrival after dark. Met us at the gate immediately to guide us both in with golf carts to side by side spots. Recommended a local pizza delivery option. The park is small and older with a number of full time units but it is family run and well maintained. We had no problem navigating our rigs which are both over 60 feet total. We didn’t need to use any facilities as it was just a quick one night stay but we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Good overnight. $40. Escorted into pull through site, didn’t have to unhook towed car. Lot of full time residents, but quiet and unobtrusive. Easy access from freeway, but far enough away so there is no noise. Level gravel sites with concrete patio. Didn’t use facilities. Some trees.

Very old trailer camp/park. Too many old permanents. Nice enough manager was very accommodating. Just too old and unmaintained units.
