Here for one night passing through. Very clean and well maintained. Nice showers. Seems like a bad neighborhood, local eateries with homeless and panhandlers on their doorstops.

Excellent choice for a place to stay while in Bakersfield. Wonderful front desk people, full hook ups, fairly spacious sites, sparkling restroom and showers and laundry, and loved the hot tub! Highly recommended!

Very clean and well maintained park. The pull throughs are very tight, but the back in spots are really spacious. There芒鈧�鈩�s highway noise and it芒鈧�鈩�s in an industrial area, but it芒鈧�鈩�s close to the highway and stores/restaurants. Definitely worth a stay.

Nice park behind couple of hotel chains. Nice and quiet. Full hookup with cable. It芒鈧�鈩�s a nice stop through CA.

We stayed here a little over 10 years ago after they first opened; we were impressed and even more so now. The staff is very welcoming, nice office/shop and spaces are well laid out. If you are an overnight we and possibly don芒鈧�鈩�t want to unhook, they have spaces that accommodate that. Bathrooms/laundry were extremely clean as were the grounds. Great stay & make sure to visit Kent County museum

As I approached from the West芒鈧�鈥漡uided by Google maps芒鈧�鈥滻 thought, 芒鈧�艙there can芒鈧�鈩�t be a 5 Star RV Park here.芒鈧�聺 The neighborhood looks like a Superfund toxic cleanup zone. You芒鈧�鈩�ve got oil rigs, cell tower, microwave tower, a strange, dry river芒鈧�鈥滻 kind of don芒鈧�鈩�t even want to know what else! But sure enough, once inside, it芒鈧�鈩�s everything everyone has said: concrete pad, grass strip, clean bathrooms. And a pool, hot tub and fitness room. If you can overlook the post-apocalypse neighborhood, it芒鈧�鈩�s dandy for a night.

Nice, clean, attractive park. Our only issue was the fact that the stand with the services was in the way of the dining slide and we could not put it out all the way. We could not park closer to the other side as a tree was in the way, and if we parked more forward, there would be no room for the truck.

Very, very nice park with full amenities. Cement a plus. Plenty of room at sites. Great pool area. Office people are very nice to deal with. It is close to many restaurants and a great place to service your rv. DC芒鈧�鈩�s RV highly recommended.

What a gem. Interior roads paved, paved patios level sites, pool and club house, restrooms are great clean, each site has grass well kept, park is very well maintained. Staff helpful, friendly. Office store well stock, Costco only a 1/2 mike away with gas, Walmart 3 miles away. Highway 99 3/4 mile away easy in and off. Walking/bicycle trails along river is available. Yes we will stop again
