We spent 3 days here in space 9 (Thunderbird). Everything was great, we had a nice stay. Great view, super clean (except the goose poop), good spacing between spots, grass. Very nice clubhouse if you’re tired of hanging out in your RV in the evening. We loved walking on the Songhees train all the way to downtown Victoria. Was also very convenient having the water taxi pickup just a short walk away. The laundry room does not have a change machine (they really need one), so take plenty of Loonies if you plan on doing your wash. The noise from the float planes taking off & landing was annoying. They start at about 7:30 am & end in the early evening. Folks in the office were nice & helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place. Well maintained. Views of the harbor to die for. Bathrooms and laundry were exceptionally clean. We saw a surprising variety of wildlife from our site 3, adjacent to the small bay. Not a forested place. Wide open, but still with a feeling of privacy between sites. Sites were spacious. Free WiFi. The place is relatively new and everything works. Walking (40 min) distance along Songhee Walkway to downtown Victoria.

WOW, What a nice park. Stayed in sept/21 had a spot with the ocean 10 feet away. Nice club house, really clean and friendly. Will definitly go again. Right beside trail to go to downtown Victoria. Also right beside Harbour Ferries stop, really convenient.

What a hidden gem this RV park is. We liked to use the Westbay walk way to walk in to Victoria and then take the water taxi back. It is $7.00 to Fisherman's Wharf. The clubhouse is beautiful with decks overlooking the ocean. The staff is friendly and helpful

We just loved this very scenic campground. It’s a perfect location for visiting the city. Full hook up sites on level concrete pad. WYFI works fairly well. Harbor views are stunning. It’s a busy area with float plans landing nearby but quiet at night. Water taxi picks you up near the campground.

We were with 4 persons at this campground with our RV camper and we had a perfect vieuw on the bay. We stayed here for 4 days and we were walking to the centre of Victoria and back with a very litte water cab. The campground was clean en silent. The next car was 3 nearby with 3 meters en the places were not big but we had a perect place. The other campgrond in Victoria, The fort, gave is not more place for our RV en gave us no vieuw as in the harbour.

Wonderful staff, quiet nights, right on the ocean...loved it. We spent 1 month here while waiting or our house to be ready, and we absolutely loved it. Gaby's is right in site and has the best fish and chips I have ever had, (the local beer and live music was pretty great too). Full service and right next to the water taxi...

This place is one of the best kept secrets around.

We are living here now, but if I was to be a visitor to Victoria, I would stay here before anywhere else.

We have stayed here several times in the past years. They have since removed grass, and made extra rv lots. RV sites are extremely close together with only a couple (full time sites) having grass. It does back onto the harbour which is nice,..but sites are very very close together with ZERO privacy.
