This is a very crowded campground where you very close to your neighbors. We were feeling a little cramped so we inquired with the very friendly staff about another spot and they offered us an unserviced spot down by the boat dock. It had no services but we were happy because it was a big wide spot on the water. The only caveat was that it’s an industrial area and lots of industrial activity. One morning a dragger fishing boat came in at 5am and ran its generators that sounded like a helicopter. Needless to say, we were up early that day. Won’t be back.

The location was great. Walkable to restaurants and the small downtown. Some of the spots were right on the water. The bathrooms were very communal and a bit run down. No WiFi that I could find.

Great place. Can walk into town about 2kms from the town. Staff friendly. Ladies showers didn’t have enough hot water but men’s showers did. Deer wonder through the camp ground and you can hear the sea lions in the harbour which was a treat. Would stay again.
