Very nice campground with shade, great showers and laundry, and an awesome Rv wash. The sites are side by side with one pulling in and the other backing in. Hookups are correct when parking this way. Seeing all the bears at the observation area catching salmon was great. Going into Hyder and on up to Salmon glacier was the pinnacle of the stay. A great restaurant in Stewart was 鈥淭oast Works鈥 and had quite a collection of, you guessed it, toasters. Great food, we had the prawn tacos, excellent!!!

This is a very nice park! A real park, not a parking lot! Forested with grass between large level sites. Full hookup utilities appear to be nearly new. Roads and sites are well maintained gravel. Nice laundry room and showers. Friendly owner. We stopped for one night and stayed for two.

Nice level, full service pull thru sites in pretty scenic area off Hwy 37A. Decent WiFi available free for 1 hour for every device, can be purchased after that if needed. Telus cell service is good. Did not use other facilities but laundry and paid showers available. The hostess, Twyla, is very helpful and seems to stock a few essentials such as laundry soap in the office store.

We came in with no reservations. They could give us one night in a site and we would have to move for the second night. She was able to juggle her reservations and let us know we could stay where we were for both nights. Means a lot. Great park. Tidy and clean showers and laundry room. Would definitely recommend this campground. Level and gravel sites.

This site was nice. Gravel issues from previous posts seem to have been addressed. They have a third party internet provider now too which works well. 1 hour free then pay after that.

Good location, close to downtown and Hyder. Busy campground with lots of caravans. Sites are close together, worn out with lots of pot holes and new gravel is desperately needed. 30 amp full hook up, WiFi is very poor and limited, helpful friendly staff. Be sure to drive out to Salmon Glacier.

This park is a health hazard with sewer hookup right next to the water hookup. WiFi is really just false advertising. It doesn芒鈧劉t exist. They carefully give out the password then shrug when it says 芒鈧搉o internet芒鈧 when you log in. Showers are $1 for 4 minutes, and are a real thrill ride, going from scalding to cold, depending on someone flushing a toilet or starting a load of laundry. Showers and toilets are up on a platform requiring a giant step up to get in, and ate stalls are tiny...better hope you don芒鈧劉t drop something! What芒鈧劉s good? Level site and 30 amps.

30 amp worked well.
Sites are mainly A/B sites. If you get an A site, the sewer will be on the wrong side.
Overpriced: $40.80 (2017)
No picnic table at site.
Potholes in Road. Full of rain water and trucks splash as they pass by.
Internet: advertisements say, "Wi-Fi".
At registration, the owner went over the printed rules, "NO SKYPING OR FACETIME TYPE APPS, EMAILING OF PICTURES OR VIDEOS, UPDATING COMPUTER OR TABLETS, IPADS, IPHONES, PLEASE DISCONNECT FROM WIFI WHEN NOT IN USE." (All in Caps). Owner told me to limit usage to 100MB per day (0.1 GB)
Neighbors 5th wheel has an aqua hot heater that sounds like a jet engine (louder and more annoying than a constant generator). Due to A/B sites, the exhaust from the aquahot is next to our bedroom window. If we both had slides, we would have about 4 feet between us.
Cell service does work here. Both Bell and Telus work well.
Adventure, Fantasy, Airstream Caravans use this campground. They get priority number 1. Small RV's get assigned "appropriate site" (small) and pay the high price.
Things they have that I don't need and don't want to pay for: laundry, showers, camp store, slow limited wifi, cable TV.
I'm moving to Raine Municipal Park tonight.

This place is a swamp and it's major attraction is the fish spawning and bears eating them at Hyder, AK. Oh, and don't forget to be Hyderized in the Glacier bar. The 30 amp electricity worked well in most sites. Water and sewer were available at the site. Rain comes 300/360 days/year. Wifi was abysmal and we did not connect in 3 days there--down town wifi is strictly controlled. Cel service is non existent. Management was undergoing some change. The hardware store was the highlight of our visit to Stewart/Hyder.

Enjoyable RV park. Ladies bathroom is glitzie and nice and clean. Easy in/out, gravel site with grassy side area with table. Nicely spaced treed park. Wolves live across road but we didn't see any :-(
