Couldn’t stay here because our trailer, which is in excellent condition , is too old. Apparently discrimination against people who choose to spend their money on things other than the latest and best, is still legal and socially acceptable. So not impressed.

This park is under new management and has improved immensely. They have closed the pool unfortunately, but the property is adjacent to a beautiful lake. The bathrooms have been updated and they are making a much greater effort to keep them clean. The grounds are mostly gravel so this makes it a little more difficult. The sites are only 30 amp and the laundry is a bit expensive. There is no cable or wifi but you don't go there for those amenities, it is all about the locatioin. Buntzen Lake, Belcarra Park and White Pine Beach are all within driving or cycling range (if you don't mind cycling on the main road). The office is not staffed daily but there is a phone number to reach the owners/managers. Get the number when you check in, in case you need to report noise problems. The park is usually pretty quiet and family oriented. We stayed for 3 months last summer and only had one night of excessive noise. ★★☆☆☆
Location was pretty good.
Close to a very beautiful well kept lake.
The overall Campsite was the dirtiest I have ever been to.
Garbage overflowing
Bathrooms severely dirty and moldy
Showers were filthy and curtains were all ripped off the rods
Laundry was very dirty
Pool looked dirty
Our site was nice.
