My wide & I stayed in space 192 for a couple of days in June 2024. Great views of Nanaimo & surrounding waterways. The space was level, great E/W/S hookups, segregated from your neighbors by tall hedges (nice privacy). Some nice trails on the property that allow you to walk through the forest & get different views of the water. Access to the Nanaimo river if you like to kayak/canoe. Volleyball & basketball. The only thing we didn’t like was that you have pay for wi-fi access. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Would give more stars however for the price I don’t think you should pay extra for showers and internet

One of the largest campgrounds we have stayed at. Large yet lots of privacy. Lots of trees, reminds me more of a Provincial/State park campground. Lots of trails, decent beach. Nice place to stay for a few days.

Surprisingly busy for the end of October. Efficiently run, friendly staff, well kept. Nice ocean (mud flats at low tide) views, lots of large trees. We would stay here again.

Beautiful campground, lots of big trees, close to Nanaimo and right beside the ocean. We got a lovely ocean view site for one night. We drive a 24’ RV and the drive in site was perfect. The office staff are very friendly, cheerful and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again but for more than one night!

We had stayed here once before and liked it. We were in a forest site although we have a partial ocean view. The site is beautiful and very well maintained. We have a 33ft 5th wheel and had no problems backing in. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

We loved this campground. It’s definitely worth the extra cost for a water view site. Full hook ups, level gravel sites with fire pit. Extra cost for wyfi. Good Verizon signal. Eating out at your picnic table overlooking the water is priceless. We also enjoyed hiking the nicely groomed trails wihich overlooking the cliffs. Kids staying in the Park sure looked like they were having a good time. Tight to maneuver with big rig but doable.

Unless you pay a premium your stay will be under a dense tree canopy. For sun lovers it is cold and depressing.
Beware of price changes between reservation and arrival.
I will not stay here again. It has become big business and too expensive.

Beautifully maintained and laid out. We were at a full service, pull through site in the centre of the park. So it was an easy walk to all park facilities including a great beach (kayak and canoe rentals). Love that they have a rule "no outside music" and enforce it so we weren't subjected to our neighbour's taste in music. This also meant that when we asked if our neighbour's motor running for more than an hour was allowed (it wasn't), a quick call to security had it shut down. Free wifi at two locations in the Campground or you can sign up for wifi at your site for a daily fee.
