This is a great place to boondock. However, neither Google maps or Apple Maps can zero into how to get here due to the rugged nature of the road in. One has to drive over a creek and climb a hill in order to get here. Recommend only for a wheel drive vehicles and probably not throwing a trailer. Very pretty lake. When I was here nobody else was around during the last Monday in May.
