This looks like a totally refurbished rest area, very clean surprisingly!

Standard Texas rest stop. Pros: felt safe, slept well, bathrooms clean with hot water sinks, parked alongside a picnic area. Cons: highway noise (of course!), bathrooms closed in the morning. Basics of what you need to rest and continue your drive.
