Needs a little love, but a very nice setup just far enough off the highway.
Clouds of voracious mosquitoes mid July.

We were looking for a place in the general area to break up a long segment of the Alaska Highway. We’re self-contained and don’t use the facilities. We stayed on a Saturday night in late May in our 8 meter (25 foot) MH.
This is a nice small free CG about 5 km (3 miles) from the highway on a good quality dirt road. The road into the CG could get rutty after rain. There are at least 6 relatively large sites arrayed around a loop. The sites are dirt. Most need some leveling. Most have a mix of shade and sun. There are trees to provide some privacy between sites. A few sites can see the lake through the trees. The CG includes pit toilets and a picnic shelter. There’s no water, hookups, or trash pick up. There was good ATT and Verizon cell service while roaming. There was one other RV in the CG during our stay.
