Very tedious reservation system, many requests filled out only to be emailed that there was no vacancy taking up way to much time. We were informed that it wasn’t worth the effort anyway. We’re looking elsewhere.

For RV park: Sites include water, power & sewer but the water didn’t work at our site, so had to refill the next morning at another vacated site where the water worked. Laundry facility in lodge, one washer and dryer only, $2 wash and dry each. Hot springs are an easy walk from RV sites but very crowded. Showers inside pool facility meant for rinsing off only, lukewarm, cooler than hot springs. Poor customer service, staff at lodge wasn’t familiar with RV park/sites.

This place seems a bit pricey but nice. More of a resort than just an RV place. Laundry was pretty clean. Lots of walking trails. Staff was friendly and helpful. Most of the sites are average except the most expensive, Deluxe sites, which are quite nice. The hot springs are walking distance to all RV sites and the RV camp fees include a discount for use of the hot springs. We had excellent Wi-Fi, which is unusual for an RV park. We stayed in a travel trailer in late May and we would probably stay again if in the area.

Not sure how to rate. I disabled my popups on 2 different browsers, and was not able to make a reservation with my iPad or iPhone. Reservations are made with hercules.reservationfriend com. Not a pleasant experience. Oh, and I called at 9:00 pm with no answer. Guess they don't want my business.
