For the money, this park was overpriced. The spaces are very narrow with shrubs and/trees on either side making it difficult to get into the space without scraping or damaging your RV. We called it the 鈥淣O鈥 park because of all their rules and restrictions. When we made our reservation, we were told they are dog friendly. Their paperwork even says we welcome you and your dog. This is misleading and untrue. There are more signs than I could count all around the park saying 鈥淣o Dogs鈥. They do not allow you to walk your dog anywhere in the park. Their rule requires you to take your dog off the premises. We are not traveling with children but we noticed there were many restrictions for children. This is not a friendly and welcoming park.

After using the excellent indoor pool, and interacting with staff on a couple of special requests, I have to raise my previously submitted rating to 5 stars. An urban park better than this would be hard to find.

Yes, the sites are tight, and backing in our 28鈥 Airstream was surgical. However, each site has tall hedges on the sides, so there is a feeling of privacy. Our site backed onto the greenway with rear foliage, so our privacy on three sides was exceptional for a RV Park. The big flaw is narrow roads with perpendicular driveways. One way roads with diagonal driveways would be so much easier, but this is obviously an older park designed for small RV鈥檚. 30 A service, and Tengo subscription internet. The park and facilities are very clean. For about $52 US oer night, it鈥檚 good value.

This place is really crowded and squeezing my 40芒鈧劉 FW into a spot was really tough. Also, there芒鈧劉s so little room at each RV spot that most everybody has to park their vehicle in a parking lot. That is a first for me. This place has 30 AMP electricity only. So if it芒鈧劉s hot out be prepared to sweat because you won芒鈧劉t be able to use both of your ACs. There is a nice walking trail along the river right next to the site but no dog run. The pool and hot tub are well-kept. Will look into other options next time I芒鈧劉m in the area.

Not a friendly place at all. Will not accept anything but factory made rv units. Very snobbish about hand crafted units. Reception and information also poor and lacklustre. Would not recommend this site to anyone travelling

I would have given them a 5 star if the WIFI was not so lousy and the sites do small. Otherwise it芒鈧劉s a great place. Clean everywhere, free showers inexpensive laundry and a great pool and hot tub where all the jets actually work.
As with most campgrounds in BC there are train tracks but if these were any closer they would be in the campground and the loud trains at 6:30am can wake you up.
They even have an inexpensive really great RV wash station.
I would stay there again!!!

Tried calling 4 times at different time of the day and no one answers. Emailed them and they requested credit card info to reserve a spot. Anyone in the right mind would never email credit card information over internet!

Very nice, clean, we'll run park. The sites are tight but we were able to park our 32' C-class with no problem. There is a train track that runs along the back of the park but it didn't bother us.

Very clean, well maintained campground. Great facilities. Shower heads are a bit antiquated. Campsites are compact. We couldn't extend our awning due to the lack of space. Laundry services a bit on the pricey side. Good satellite reception. Located near a lot of walking trails which is great. Also located near very busy railway. Hope you can sleep soundly otherwise the trains at night will cause you intermittent sleep.
