Clean, small, stocked vending machines, good basic rest stop.
It鈥檚 on a hill so sleeping might be rough. And there are a bunch of 2 hour parking signs so I am not sure if they will enforce that but it鈥檚 there. Penn State allows overnight parking at rest stops along the interstate so do with this contradictory information as you wish. Lol I am not going to sleep here so I can鈥檛 tell you.
