Oct 2020: The rv dump is closed. Based on the dump site being deleted from the Oregon Dept of Transportation’s website listing their rv dumps at State highway rest areas, the closure may be permanent.

My review is for pet accommodations. They are very poor. Grass area that has been allowed to grow tall and cut down rough. No shade for dogs either. I would guess the person who caretakes this rest area doesn’t like animals.
