We had a good nights sleep. The usual truck noise but tolerable. I-5 is 1/2 mile+ away. We were traveling north in a truck with travel trailer.

Nice rest stop. Spots for larger rigs fill up fast. For a truck camper there’s no problem. Bathrooms and picnic areas. Well lit place that feels safe.

Going I-5 south bound. Truck parking is ok with an overflow area. Sketchy stop though so lock your vehicle.

For the north bound I-5 rest stop, on Saturday morning 8/16, several time starting at 6 am, planes (crop dusters) were buzzing by, very noisy and very noticeable. It was not packed when I stopped by Friday night. In additional to designated parking spots, there are parallel parking spots along the exit route.

This is the N bound but this review applies to the S bound as well. There is a road connecting the two under the bridge. River runs right by the overflow parking on the N bound. Bathrooms, picnic area, nice area to walk and stretch.
