Private member only park. Free two night stay to hear their sales pitch. Many permanent or seasonal residents. Gravel with few trees, clean enough bathhouse with two shower stalls, two toilets, two sinks - not a problem when this park is full with mostly 5-wheel or large class As, using their own facilities. Normal amenities: swim pool, jacuzzi, activities, meals. We used our own hot spots. My 3 star rating is cuz we were misled about the park, how long we could stay. We declined their presentation gifts.

An older park with lots of changes over the years. Wifi but pretty much only around a room. Friendly staff.
