The only friendly is in the title. If you're under 75, you'll be out of place. If you have a dog, you won't be able to walk him/her in the park. There is a small playground, 10x5, near the Office, but you'll have to carry your dog there.
You should know that the trailer park is in a bad part of town, surrounded by empty lots, broken cars and homeless.
Once you pay your $100 deposit, don't think you can change your dates. That deposit is lost and they'll refuse to apply it to any days you spend there.
There are only about15-20 spots for transients. And you're under the airport flight path, so why bother?

Helpfull parking my motor home. NOT REALLY pet friendly! Must CARRY dog out of park to walk ..again no key to get out the gate to a desolate area to walk. Not sure area would be safe at night. Have some sights in one part of the park where they allow dogs to camp..that is why they say are pet friendly. Mostly seasonals , I suggest nightly or short term stay with pets go someplace else. I would not have stayed had they advised me of all the " pet friendly" conditions

Very complicated. Need codes to get in codes to get out. Did not provide me with a park map although the park is quite large. Did not tell me where the restrooms were. Told me I had to walk my dog outside the back gate. The back gate was locked with a key and I did not have a key. Bummer!
