This is probably a great place to spend the winter but not so much the summer. The buildings were open but the air was off and everything looked deserted. The pool was nasty and appeared unkept. Hookups all worked but wifi was slow and the park was nearly empty too. Good for an overnight in the summer but that's all.

Very nice Over-55 RV Park on the SW edge of Tucson near the Desert Museum and Old Tucson. We stayed for a week and found the residents and staff very friendly. Lots of things to do here. Movies on Sundays, foreign films on Thursday evenings, Happy Hour most every Friday, many themed dinners monthly for additional fee. Excercise room, nice pool, craft building, putting course, all at no additional cost.
Many residents are seasonal, some year-round, some weekly or monthly and a few day by day users.
Great place with good rates!
