This place had us thinking about getting a little home in the park and becoming snowbirds. Quiet. Yes, planes fly over but I thought that was cool - especially the military jets. I highly recommend a sound machine to anyone who travels in a motor home because parks are typically located near noisy surroundings. Wasn’t thrilled with all the places no pets could be walked, but I understand why they have those rules. Well taken care of property. And yes, the gate is a bit of a security illusion but I felt safe there and it was well lit at night. We will be back.

I just found my best RV park ever. Clean, shady, well maintained. Perfect!

Excellent resort! Lots of activities. Key for us: Pickleball. The Tucson bike loop is just our the back gate. Wonderful hiking in Tucson and Madeira Canyon to the south. Stayed for six weeks. Will be back for two months next year. People are very welcoming.

I have the utmost respect for the military! Your in there flight path! Your in the Tucson airport flight path! The electronic gate is a joke! The highway noise is a bit much! I-10 Mind your site Isn’t near the dumpsters! All hours of the day and night, oh and the truck empties at 6AM! The premium site was nice. That’s why it got a two. I’ll never stay here again!

Excellent RV resort! The facilities are always clean and plenty of activities for everyone. The sites are level and gravel however each site has a concrete pad & table. It was our first time here and we are now going to stay yearly for a month or so.

Excellent Seniors RV Resort. Many activities, very friendly staff and residents. We have been spending the winters here for the past 6 years. Very close to wonderful hiking and National Park, also on the Tucson bike trails. Also outside entertainment and farmers market every week.

Excellent... safe and secure with all kinds of activities. Level concrete sites with full services. Only WiFI is slow and not reliable, it keeps bumping you off.

Price seems high. Friendly people. Site was gravel and fine.
