Such a beautiful park! Of course it was beautiful and sunny the whole time we were there which helps! we were in loop A and can confirm the sites are very private. Electric and water but no sewer. Towing 27’ trailer. March 2023

Great campsite - super clean bathroom and friendly hosts. Be careful of heavy rains as we got stuck for a few days when the road washed out.

This is a nice campground very quiet. The bathrooms and showers were clean and well-kept. Sites are not too close together.

Amazing 6 day stay at Catalina. Will definitely be going back. Stayed in Loop B. Spacious lots and easy access to trails into the mountains. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Dogs more than welcome here. More than one dump station for easy access with clean showers and bathrooms.

Excellent views and large, paved sites, especially in Loop B. Very clean and quiet park with plenty of dumpsters. Easy, fast check-in. Three dump stations, two at the entrance and one in Loop B. Walmart, Petco, and assorted other stores and restaurants across the street. T-mobile got 2 bars but increased to 3 bars with our Hiboost.

Stayed 10 days. Very clean and quiet with new shower and bathroom facilities. The hiking is awesome and the view beautiful. Conveniently located very close to town. Groceries are with on walking distance. Loop A gets 5 stars for the privacy and perfect for small RV or vans. loop B has large pads for those beasts class A and tow behind.

Great park if you stay in A or B loop only. Ringtail is a dirt parking lot with zero privacy and may as well be a KOA. Great bathrooms however. I should have done my research before booking a site here for $20 to park right beside everyone else, so that’s on me. Great lesson learned! Only stay in Ringtail area of the campground if you enjoy being around everyone.

If you want to live in a parking lot then Ringtail campground is for you. You are 150ft from public events, you can inhale exhaust from the big RV generators and you can be crammed in like sardines. The only star is for the bathrooms which are nice. Staff are lovely. We booked 4 months in advance thinking that the Ringtail campground was an actual campground. So choose A or B campgrounds but don’t book Ringtail. We booked for 2 weeks 4 months ago and were so disappointed when saw where we would have to camp. We stayed 4 nights, two of which were invaded by hundreds of people using the bathrooms for their all day Sat and Sunday events in the group picnic area next to Ringtail. At 20.00 a night for parkibg lot experience, I give one star.
