Nice campground. Need to remove the boulders and some trees to permit access to campsites! Roadways are narrow and sites are back-in. Maybe they should restrict RV size to 25’. Our rig is 30’ and extremely difficult to get into. Hope getting out will be easier! Smelly vault toilets and every one I went in had toilet seat up. No notice to close toilet seat for odor control. Firewood $7.00 a bundle and burned great! That was definitely a plus!

Out of the three major campsites in the area (Pine flat, Manzanita) this is the best. Farthest from the road. We had adequate privacy. Has vault toilets and showers, which were well kept. The hosts here are extremely nice and helpful. Would stay again.

They have fixed the toilets with extractor fans, but, a bit breezy to sit on.

Not sure why this place cost 20$ per night. The entire campground reeked of sewage from the vault toilets, even though it seemed like the staff was constantly cleaning them. Plus, the road noise, small sites, lots of low hanging branches and very narrow poorly maintained roads in the campground made it a poor place to stay. Staff was friendly, but we've stayed in tons of free campground that were way nicer than this place and we would not come back here.

Although many of the sites are too close together for our personal taste, we loved this campground. What were our favorite aspects? Friendly kind people running the campground, softest toilet paper ever, and the strongest hottest shower stream -- we used the handicap shower as a couple and found it had plenty of room. For the hikers, we hiked Harding Trail #51 across from the entrance to the campground. Moderate to difficult climb. Well marked. Cave at the end (female hiker did not make it to top, although make hiker did -- deep cave at top with journal to record your thoughts and name if you make it to the top). PS. Female hiker moderately athletic (yoga, cyclist). Male hiker athletic.

Very nice place to camp. Toilets were clean and kept up.
