Our first time dispersed camping and loved it here(March). Clean, many flat areas, we can see numerous RVs but not close. Easy to get to off the frontage road. We will use one of the dump stations in Quartzite.

Good cell service, quite a few folks here in late February, but not hard to find a nice place, by a creek (dry). It is 5 miles long I think and over a mile wide from I-10, so it is easy to be alone.

Stayed here with our 24 foot trailer in early April. Only one other camper, far away from us! We went farther up the road and to the left, to get farther from I-10 noise. Level spots! Loved the rocky terrain, easy to get in to. Lots of fire pits, but no other amenities. Great views of mountains, saguaro, and Ocatillo. 93 degrees, but with a nice breeze, no bugs. Fast internet speed with Verizon. Would stay again!

This place is a trip. Stayed for three nights right before Christmas, and before the busy Jan/Feb busy season. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Plenty of open spaces with fire rings and room to spread out. Had decent cell service so I could still work while enjoying the sites. Plenty of coyotes to sign me to sleep at night.

Nice spot outside of the chaos of Quartzsite. Lots of moderate hiking trails to give you a workout. Tons of space to park. Some road noise. If you are here in January, you will hear generators. Otherwise, you can be pretty far from others. Beautiful view of the mountains and the lights of Quartzsite at night.

Be careful on the roads into this place. Watch for steep spots to bottom out. Good otherwise.
