Nothing fancy just a simple clean gravel lot with hookups for the night. Lots of stationary rigs but lots of open spots too. Good price.

For dry camping in Quartzsite, B-10 is the choice. Most if not all other Quartzsite commercial parks accept only RVers needing hookups. B-10 has short- and long-term tent sites as well as RV spots.
Pleasant and professional management, aging but clean restroom and showers, economical laundry facility, security, gravel surface (so not dusty), plus excellent long-term rates. Well maintained grounds, too.
Located in the heart of town with gas, groceries, and more nearby. I-10 is not far away either, but noise from the highway is not too bad.

Stayed here in November after making reservations over the phone. Was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and over all upkeep of the place. You could tell when something broke they just patched it up. Shower walls were peeling and the shower roof looked like it had mold staining and missing pieces. Most people were smoking cigarettes in the public eating area and at night the place smelled of marijuana. Lots of tents with questionable people and did not feel safe there. Decided to leave early and was told that they do not offer refunds.

We enjoyed a night here. Not fancy but pleasant. Showers were good.
