NEWLY RENOVATED - NAME CHANGED TO DEER VALLEY RV PARK Stayed 3 days here while traveling to Phoenix Open, quick on/off highway and 15 min drive to event. Bathrooms and pool area were all new and clean. Tami, manager, was super inviting and accommodating. Don’t rely on reviews prior to 2021 renovation/change of ownership. Highly recommend.

Since the new owners they have done nothing for those of us that are here they raised the 100.00 dollars they added a pad that takes a good part of space u rent the wall around the pool is ready to fall over the showers and restrooms r filthy no wifi and the threaten eviction for every thing they can think of they say there not long term but the oldest resident been here 27 years just saying.

Called campground 3 times and had to leave message each time. Requested information on staying during an upcoming visit to Phoenix. NEVER received a return call. Very poor customer service.

Molded, stained showers. Rusted sink, clogged toilet, cigarette ashes, missing fixtures, pealing paint in bathrooms. Some freeway traffic noise. Overpriced for a nightly stay. However, very affordable monthly rental rates.

Nice and clean. Friendly.
