No RV dump station for public as stated.

What a unkept place. Booked 5 days showers broken the whole time we were here, pool had algae and had been cleaned in a while. I am giving 1 star because neighbor was sweet and level grassy area. The surrounding area is full of homeless and sketchy people!! Find another spot to stay.

Management was friendly and each site has grassy area. Seems clean and well kept. However…We like maybe to take a walk outside the park, and this is not the place for that. Outside the park enclosure are many homeless and litter. Two of the six nights we were there we heard gunshots. Helicopters overhead in the middle of the night.

We didn’t really enjoy this park. It’s right on the highway in a slightly run down area alongside bunch of apartments. 1/2 sites are permanently occupied. Owner was nice enough but that was only pro. We had trouble finding it because no signage and it just said no trespassing at entry. We stayed here because of location near Chase field. Did the job but were anxious to leave next morning.

Excellent park. Shaded sites, clean and inexpensive laundry room, great easy location, reasonable rates and the staff is Wonderful! Really enjoyed my stay and will be back.

For what we got this park was very over priced. It was clean but old and cramped. The wifi did not work at all, and we were right next to the office. It seemed to be mostly full time residents.
