Not well maintained, sites were dirty with cigarette butts, candy wrappers, cans etc. Noisy, and not just other guests, but the numerous grounds crew tearing around on their ATV's. There did little more than check the sites to see if they were vacant, never saw them pick up a thing, and did more damage to the sites when they tore threw repeatedly. This was the least favorite of our Arizona parks. Would not stay again and left early after one day.
