Stayed here for a week in February. Not the most modern place, but fairly well kept up, people were friendly and it had a great view of the river and mountains. The spaces were spread out and level. We arrived a few days after a big rain and it looks like some of the spaces down toward the river get pretty muddy during a big rain. As soon as it drys out the park staff quickly leveled out any ruts. The Pirate Den RV park next door has an excellent Resturant for dinner and drinks, also a lower cost bar on the other side of the La Paz park that was fun. I would stay here again.

Showers have seemingly not been cleaned in ages. Mold and soap scum on tiles. Wear flip flops if using. Wish they paid as much attention to bathrooms as they do to lawns. Shame as this is a nice location and reasonable place to stay. Lots of long term seasonal full timers in winter

Real nice place. Stayed for a month to wait out the cold fronts. They have cheaper monthly rates. Dry camping and no power spots on the river. AT&T did not work here. Verizon was spotty. WIFI is provided in the pavilion. Nice hot showers. We used this place as our pump out area also. Be sure and pay attention to your water quality. We decided to pump in the RO water into our tanks and not use the free water.
